1. Introduction

Name of the Company/Owner of Platform

HuntingCube Recruitment Solutions Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 in India having its registered and corporate office as mentioned in the contact details in the relevant tab of this platform/website/Portal (used interchangeably conveying the same meaning), hereinafter may also be referred to as HCRSPL or by “company”/collectively as “we”/ “us”, owning and having its short URL as huntingcube.ai which may be referred hereinafter with its short URL name or as platform or website.
The word “user” hereinunder shall mean and include, human beings of any gender having attained the age of 18 years or more, visitors to our website, subscribers, members, companies, trusts, charitable institutions, potential recruiters, persons using the information displayed on the platform and every other person who can be included under the general connotation of the term “user” in relation to the website. The words using the masculine gender are explicitly taken to include females, unless there is something repugnant in the subject or context.
The age of the user must be minimum Eighteen (18) years, however if local laws prescribe that you must be older than 18 years for using the platform or services of HCRSPL then that older age shall apply as the applicable minimum age.
If you are under the age of 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the Platform under the supervision of your parent, legal guardian or responsible adult. For any violation on this count the user will himself/herself be liable.
The management and its Authorised associates of HCRSPL shall strive their every bit to respect, recognize and protect our user's online privacy of the identifiable information which may be shared/uploaded/put up by the users on the platform.

OBJECTIVES

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines the privacy practices of HCRSPL with respect to the entire contents of the Platform including, without limitation, in relation to the collection, storage, use, processing, and disclosure of Personal Data (as defined below) that the users have chosen to share with us when you access our Platform or Personal Data that we may have access to in relation to your use of Platform and access to our range of Services.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 along with rules as applicable in India and the rules made thereunder that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use, on an online portal of HCRSPL (collectively, the “Platform”).
This policy applies to every visitor to our Platform, or whose information HCRSPL otherwise receives in connection with its services (such as contact information of individuals associated with HCRSPL including partners) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Users”). For the purposes of the Privacy Policy, “You” or “Your” shall mean the person who is accessing the Platform.
Law-The terms and conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Republic of India.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended/reenacted from time to time) and rules thereunder (“IT Act”), and, amongst others, is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, as well as Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, which mandates for publishing of rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the Platform. This Privacy Policy is an electronic record, generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

2. Types of Personal Information collected by HCRSPL

PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

To serve the user better, efficiently for the objectives for which the user uses the platform. There are many information which are given to us by the user himself and this platform also collects many information about the user when the user uses the platform of HCRSPL or its associated sites/affiliates.
“Personal information” (PI) - means and includes any information as under or a combination of these as undermentioned which are collected by the platform/HCRSPL:

i. IDENTITY
Name, age, gender, religion, caste, address with name of city and country and ZIP number, identity/identifiable number recognized by Government.
ii. DIGITAL IDENTITY
Password, Phone number to contact in case of sharing of information or when the user sign up for alerts on the Platform, email address and location, HCRSPL may record and monitor your communications with us to ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations and to efficiently regulate internal policies to the extent permitted by law.
iii. PERSONAL DETAILS THROUGH SURVEYS
We may collect your Personal Information such as name, age, contact details, preferences, etc. through surveys and forms, when you choose to participate in these surveys etc.
iv. SOCIAL
Company/organization that you are associated with, economic strata, educational qualifications, occupation, ambitions, objectives, preferences, work experience, data relating to your current and past remuneration or salary, a copy of your resume, etc. when you register on the Platform as may be required and permissible under the laws.
v. SURFING
Information about the services that you use and how you use them, including log information and location information, when you are a user of the services through the Platform.
vi. SHARING WITH ASSOCIATES/SUBSCRIBERS/AFFILIATES (CONDITIONAL)
If you choose or give consent to access services offered by any of our affiliates we will share your data with the affiliate in accordance with this policy.
vii. SOCIAL MEDIA (CONDITIONAL)
If you choose to sign in with your social media account to access or connect with the Platform then your consent to us is deemed for our collection, storage, and use, of the information that you make available to us through the social media interface.

To Improve the Platform and its content for better features and services.
Sending you information about our products and services (including those of our affiliates) for marketing purposes and promotions.

Our website/portal makes fair use of the information submitted by/obtained from the user without any discrimination among users on the basis of caste, creed, race, religion, region and the like.

Some of our web pages utilize “cookies” and other tracking technologies to improve our Platform and the overall website experience. It may record some information such as Internet domain and host names; (IP) addresses; browser software and operating system types; clickstream patterns; and dates and times that our site is accessed.

By using our Services or the Platform or otherwise giving us your information, you consent to be bound by this Policy. You also expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your Personal Data in the manner prescribed under this Policy and further signify your agreement to this Policy and the Terms of Use.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will receive information including Personal Data about you from various authorised third parties and public sources, including but not limited to as set out below:

Analytics providers such as Google and LinkedIn other similar platforms/browsers, Search information providers.
Advertising networks.
Identity and contact data from publicly available sources.

Except, persons/our employees duly Authorised by us no one can have access to your Personal Information to provide, operate, develop, or improve our products or services. HCRSPL does not disclose, transfer or share your Personal Information with others except with:

Our affiliates and group companies to the extent required for provision of services aimed at helping you in your career enhancement.
Potential recruiters if we determine that your resume matches a particular job description/ vacancy available with such recruiters. By registering on the Platform and consenting to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you agree that HCRSPL may contact you or forward your resume to potential recruiters.
If in case you initiate a contact with a specific jobseeker, your contact details may be shared with the jobseeker.
Third parties including enforcement, regulatory and judicial authorities, if we determine that disclosure of your Personal Information is required to:
a) respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; or
b) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of HCRSPL’s Terms of Use or as otherwise required by law.
Third party advertisers to display advertisements to you when you visit the Platform. The third-party advertisers include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies). These companies may use information about you and your visits to this Platform and other web sites to provide advertisements on this Platform.

HCRSPL will take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party service providers are obligated to protect your Personal Information and are also subject to appropriate confidentiality / non-disclosure obligations.
HCRSPL does not intend to transfer Personal Information without your consent to third parties who are not bound to act on HCRSPL’s behalf unless such transfer is legally required. If your Personal Information is transferred outside India, we take the necessary steps to protect your Personal Information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Users may sometimes be directed to third-party sites for more information, such as advertisers, blogs, content sponsorships, vendor services, social networks, etc. To the extent that your data is retained by HCRSPL, this Policy continues to apply, however, HCRSPL makes no representations or warranties regarding how your information is stored or used on third-party servers. The user may exercise caution and read the privacy policies of each third-party site linked from the Platform to determine their use of your personal information.

As regulated by the applicable laws, the HCRSPL, hereby provides you the ability to keep your Personal Information accurate and up-to-date. If at any time you would like to:

obtain confirmation on whether or not your Personal Information is processed by it;
access your Personal Information or exercise your right to data portability; or
exercise your right to restrict the continuing disclosure of your Personal Information to any third party by HCRSPL in certain circumstances,

At any time, if you wish to delete your account on huntingcube.ai, you may do so by sending an email to the grievance officer.

9. Confidentiality and Security

We seek to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000, The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules made there under to ensure the protection and preservation of your privacy.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with the laws prevalent in India to protect your Personal Information. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, you agree that the standards and practices being implemented by us, are reasonable and sufficient for the protection of your Personal Information.

10. Social media

HCRSPL operates channels, pages and accounts on some social media sites to inform, assist and engage with customers. HCRSPL monitors and records comments and posts made on these channels about itself in order to improve its products and services.
Please note that you must not communicate sensitive personal data to HCRSPL through such social media sites:
- sensitive personal data may include, among other things:
i. any information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation and
ii. other sensitive personal data such as criminal convictions and offences and national identification number;
- Excessive, inappropriate, offensive or defamatory content.
HCRSPL is not responsible for any information posted on those sites other than the information posted by its employees on its behalf. HCRSPL is only responsible for its own use of the Personal Information received through such sites.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

HCRSPL reserves the right to update, change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The Privacy Policy shall come to effect from the date of publication of such update, change or modification.

12. Disclaimer

HCRSPL does not store any bank account related information or any credit / debit card details. HCRSPL shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by Users as a result of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the User's account, credit cards or debit cards in the course of any online transactions or payments made for any products and/or services offered through the Platform.
In case any Personal Information is shared by you with HCRSPL, which is not requested by HCRSPL during registration, (whether mandatorily or optionally), HCRSPL will not be liable for any information security breach or disclosure in relation to such information.
